For many cases I dont use composite overlay to colorize. I like to colorize using powdered colorants and a technique I refined over the years.
It’s performed in the flask while my acrylic is reaching the packing stage. Best part is, because I contour everything final in wax, there is no grinding to contour or spending extra time to overlay composites once processed.
As previously mentioned, I dont rely on bulbous contours or garish colorization to obtain a subtle, natural effect.
