I always make a stable try-in platform of light cure baseplate material to set wax and teeth on. This prevents the possibility of embarrassment of teeth popping off just wax during the esthetic intraoral evaluation process prior to hybrid bar fabrication.
I use light cure fixation of cylinders to the base. It’s clean and exacting. I precure using a Dreve curing wand and then I remove the assembly and cure in a GC Labolight Duo for a 3 min cycle on both sides to assure thorough curing. Cylinders are then cut down to appropriate levels to accommodate tooth placements. By the way, did you notice the clear sheet under the base?
