A couple of things to unpack.
Microwave curing on partial frameworks is possible and a great way to reduce overall processing time and still deliver a stable, heat cured end result.
Gradia Gum and Optiglaze products from GC allow for me to do a fast characterization of the acrylic base.
Using Optiglaze Shade adjusters allows me to use broken sets of teeth in the A1 range and bring them down or up depending how you describe it, to in this case, an A3.5 shade. This is also possible for B, C, And D range teeth. Using B+C+D+ adjusters. Just remember that you can’t go lighter but darker within the shade. It’s been a great way for me to use up my broken sets of teeth.
Pictured here on left are air abraded surfaces in preparation of application of the products. Right side application and adjustment of lighter A shaded teeth to an A3.5.
