Mixed gypsum products to correct ratios, boxed and poured impression models, flasking gypsum specifically formulated for the procedure, tooth insulation to prevent stone from sticking between teeth, mold washout surfactant cleaner, and specific procedures allowing separator to do its job.
Clients appreciate my attention to detail that produces noticeable results. Laboratory clients who learn and implement these techniques realize that analogue fabrication workflow can be seamless, producing consistent results when speed bumps are removed.
